BOARD MEMBER

Dr. Eric Bunting, M.D., is a board-certified Ear, Nose, and Throat specialist and a partner in an independent specialty group. His group has partnered with Wichita Surgical Specialists (WSS), one of the nation’s largest multispecialty surgical practices. For the past decade, Dr. Bunting has served on the board of directors of WSS, contributing to its continued growth and leadership in the field. He earned his medical degree from Kansas University School of Medicine, followed by specialized training at Kansas University Medical Center.

In addition to his medical career, Dr. Bunting is a seasoned entrepreneur with a wide array of business interests. He is an investor in early-stage companies and has developed a successful portfolio in the franchising sector, owning and partnering in approximately 40 fast-casual restaurant franchises across 10 states. His extensive experience also includes board positions within the healthcare industry, notably with multiple ambulatory surgical centers and a radiation treatment center, where he played a key role during mergers and acquisitions.

Dr. Bunting’s ventures extend to the wine and spirits industry, where he has been instrumental in launching a promising spirits brand now positioned for acquisition. He also maintains active investments in the evolving fields of internet and artificial intelligence, particularly in marketing and advertising technologies.

As a dedicated investor in the Company, Dr. Bunting has acquired a significant stake over the past four years. Throughout this period, he has remained a committed advocate for shareholders, supporting the Company’s path towards commercialization, market expansion, and eventual profitability.
